Incomplete Talks

There was a wealthy man. He had money, fame, luxurious everything but had lack of time. To meet him appointment had to be taken, even he himself had no sufficient time to talk with his family.

One day, he died accidentally. On husband’s death, wife was very sad. Months passed away to her husband’s death but her pain was not reduced. Mostly, in much comfort and facilities one forgets own pain but this didn’t happen with her wife.

One day, her friend said in supporting way- That’s the way the cookie crumbles; now think about the future of yourself and your son, we all are with you. Come out of this pain and start the new beginning of your life.

She replied- I’m not much stricken by my husband’s death, one day everyone has to die.

Her friend surprisingly asked- Then, for what you are tensed?

She told- After his death a question came in my mind, which is bothering me and whose answer doesn’t have anyone.

Her friend asked by giving encouragement- Tell me, what’s the matter? Sorrow is reduced by sharing.

She said- The day I got married, I was very happy that I would start my new life happily with my husband. That time, we were not so rich but I didn’t have any problem, whatever was there I dreamt to remain happy with that. Next day of marriage, this dream went off somewhere else. In morning, 7 o‘clock he went to office and returned back at night 11 o‘clock. Every day he had same routine, he had obsession to make money. I made him understand a lot but he didn’t listen. We became rich by money but poor by time. Hardly, we spent half an hour or an hour a day. Daily according to an hour, yearly we spent 365 hours. Twenty four years had been passed of my marriage and if we calculate then he had spent only one year with me. In that one year, I couldn’t talk with him properly; the talks which I should have to do with him that revolves in my mind. The money which he had earned all is left here but he has passed away. Small-small happiness which we should have to spend with each other that was dream of my life had not changed in reality. For the world, our relationship was of twenty four years but actually it was only of one year. The incomplete talks of the one year married life can now never be completed; sorrow is only this much. Can money fulfil all this? The question is only this much.

Hearing this, tears came in her friend’s eyes because she also didn’t have answer of that question.

Dear friends, In order to earn money-wealth and physical resources don’t neglect the small-small happiness of your family because the shortage of wealth and money can be fulfilled after passing you but no one can fulfil your place. Thank You.
